City of Waukee "Movies in the Park

Enjoy Hollywood’s biggest hits under the stars with Movies in the Park at Centennial Park in Waukee. These Friday night movies are free and a great way to make summer memories with friends and family. Showtime is at dusk, typically around 8:45 p.m. for summer movies and 6:30 p.m. for fall. Bring your lawn chairs or blankets to sit in the grassy area near the open shelter. You may also bring your favorite snacks. Friday, August 7: “The Super Mario Galaxy Movie” (PG) Mario ventures into space, exploring cosmic worlds and tackling galactic challenges far from the familiar Mushroom Kingdom.
