February Business Luncheon: Managing the Workplace

February's Waukee Area Chamber Business Luncheon will be held on Thursday, February 23rd with check-in beginning at 11:45am at The Palms Theatres & IMAX.

This is a great opportunity to enjoy lunch, develop business relationships with members, and hear from our guest presenter, Kimber Walter. Kimber Walter is a Human Resources and Risk Officer professional.  Kimber has developed a passion for the Human Resources industry with 22 years experience directly coaching managers and employees on appropriate workplace behaviors, corrective action development and performance plans, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and complying with Americans with Disabilities Act and Family Medical Leaves of Absences.  Kimber’s presentation will directly focus on how to manage and respond to difficult employees and challenging situations within the workplace.
