Habitat for Humanity Walnut Crossing Groundbreaking

The Walnut Crossing neighborhood will create 48 new affordable homeownership opportunities in Waukee. Qualifying homebuyers will purchase their home with an affordable mortgage, paying no more than 30 percent of their monthly income on their mortgage. Join Habitat for Humanity as they share more about their plans for Walnut Crossing, introducing some of their key partners, and ceremoniously break ground at the development.
